There are plenty of recipes for all meals of the day, which are very easy to cook and can suit every taste and lifestyle. I tried Eggs in Cups. It was an amazing meal.Great reference for healthy eating fans.

A helpful guide

Any woman over the age 40 or anyone with suspected hormonal problems should read this book. Dr. Laura clearly explains our interdependent endocrinologist systems and how she came to understand a complexity much deeper than traditionally trained endocrinologists admit. After following a lot of her advice, I feel better than ever. For me, this is proof that Dr. Laura knows her stuff! I'm not your average "fan". I'm not an MD but a PhD in environmental engineering and systems analysis with one of my undergrad degrees in biology. Our health, nutrition, exercise, exposures and genetics contribute to each of as a system of systems. I'm thrilled and incredibly lucky that a good friend introduced me to Dr. Laura approaches.

The shepherd's pie was delicious. Eggs in cups is another favorite, as I'm hitting the gym and struggling to eat enough protein to put muscle on my skinny frame. Until now I've been forcing myself to eat plain, boring boiled eggs with mustard and salt. I haven't tried all of the recipes yet, but I'm going to because they all sound delicious and are much healthier than me eating at the same fast food joint for lunch. I'm not going to rush through them though, or else my girlfriend will begin to expect a nice dinner made by me every time she returns home from work in the evenings!
