About the Author
Gregory Benford is a professor of physics at the University of California, Irvine. He is a Woodrow Wilson Fellow, and was Visiting Fellow at Cambridge University. and in 1995 received the Lord Prize for contributions to sciences. His research encompasses both theory and experiments in the fields of astrophysics and plasma physics. His fiction has won many awards, including the Nebula Award for his novel Timescape. Dr. Benford makes his home in Laguna Beach, California.

Galaxy's Edge Sets A High Standard

A very strong issue of Galaxy's Edge. Worth the cover price for the K.K. Rusch story (June Sixteenth at Anna's) and Eric Lief Davin's Twilight On Olympus
As always, I recommend you start your Galaxy's Edge experience with issue number one, but this is a very good example of what the magazine can deliver when all the cogs are meshing perfectly.

Disappointed with the content

I only enjoyed about half the stories. Didn't enjoy the dark themes of some of the stories. I didn't find the writing up to the quality of other sci-fi magazines.
